Hosted Buyer Program
Hotel owners and operators, general managers, Director of Operations and Purchasing Agents with an upcoming project can save time and money at this year’s HX: The Hotel Experience 2019 through the new Hosted Buyer Program. Instead of spending hours wandering through the exhibition hall, properties undergoing a new development or renovation project within the next 12 months can participate in the program and be matched with suppliers offering the products and services they need.
Attendees are matched with suppliers from the Marketplace and are set up with ten 20-minute meetings for the buyer over the two-day event.
Hosted buyers receive a complimentary Marketplace registration and a $600 gift card from HX. In addition to having their visit and registration sponsored, participants will be invited to networking events with other hosted buyers to make connections and share best practices with properties undergoing similar projects.
The Hosted Buyer Program provides value to a wide spectrum of properties — resorts, independent properties, and casinos. Because the Hosted Buyer Program focuses on the property level, attendees who are the owner or general manager and their executive teams — such as the executive housekeeper and directors of security — are the best fit for the program.
